The Myth Behind Indra Project
In the myth, Indra's Net is a vast, infinitely suspended net of jewels that hangs above his palace on the edge of the cosmos. Each jewel reflects the image of every other jewel in the net, and whatever happens to one jewel affects the entire net. It illustrates the interdependence of all phenomena, the interconnectedness of all beings, and how our actions ripple out and affect the world around us.
In a world of ever-evolving technology and digital dueling, we choose to focus on being present in the real world. Site specific experiences, installations, and placemaking create space for jewels to connect.

Tyra is an interdisciplinary sculpture artist and designer. After gaining 10 years of experience as a project manager in the software and interior design industries, she set out to combine her talents and launch Indra Project. Her clients include Boston Consulting Group, Methodist Health System, Vida Design, Nasher Sculpture Center, and more.
